Finding ways to save on space and organize your wardrobe can be extremely rewarding. If you are interested in having a more organized sock drawer, here are some of the best ways that you can work at folding your socks up today:
The Way The Military Debts
Using military style folding you can shrink down the overall size of the socks in your drawer so that you can fit more into the area. Start by placing the top of the elastic side of a sock on the heel of another in a “T” format. Fold the upper part of the t together to make a shape resembling a tie. Fold the toe of the other sock over again to create a tight weave of two socks.
Folding Elastics
Place a sock on a flat surface and then place the other sock flat on top of the second sock. Fold over the cuffs and make sure the sock stays flat over the folding process. Smooth them down to make sure that they can fold into one another. Many people feel as though this method will stretch out the elastics on socks. Good quality socks do not experience this problem.
Rolling
Place the socks in the military T pattern and then beginning with the toe, roll the two socks completely together. The rolling in this format is not as tight as the military style, but this can be a faster method especially for folding up longer socks.
Consider these top methods if you are working to organize your socks and you find yourself regularly tired of searching for pairs.
